This ballot proposes to simplify the language for the conditioning of density, flexural, and compressive resistance to either conditioned moisture equilibrium following C870 or 73.4 ± 4°F (23 ± 2°C) and 50 ± 5 % relative humidity for a minimum of 40 hours.
